1/ Improve Customer Service Experience, Engage Customers, and Foster Organic Growth:
Enhance the customer service experience to create a positive impression with customers.
Create a friendly and supportive environment for customers to feel satisfied and loyal to the brand.
2/ Take Responsibility for Key Customer Accounts:
Handle customer issues and resolve them promptly.
Ensure positive interactions with customers to maintain good relationships.
3/ Set Clear Goals and Deploy Strategies Aligned with Those Goals:
Define specific objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
4/ Accurate Documentation of Customer Service Activities:
Monitor and record interactions with customers.
Maintain important information related to customers and their issues.
5/ Recruit, Mentor, and Develop Customer Service Agents:
Foster an environment that encourages employee development.
Support and empower staff to excel in their roles.
6/ Resource Management and Asset Utilization for Quality and Quantity Targets:
Efficiently manage resources and assets to ensure smooth operations.
7/ Maintain Workflow Prioritization:
Establish work schedules and adhere to priority order.
8/ Ensure SKU and Pricing Information is Updated in the Company System:
Regularly verify and update product and pricing details for accuracy.
Understanding of Customer Service in the Interior Design or Manufacturing Industry:
Possesses knowledge of customer service within the interior design or manufacturing sector.
Proven Working Experience as a Customer Service Manager:
Has experience working in a customer service management role.
Experience in Providing Customer Service Support:
Has experience providing customer service support.
Excellent Knowledge of Management Methods and Techniques:
Deep understanding of management methods and techniques.
Proficiency in English:
Able to use English proficiently
Strategic and Leadership Thinking Abilities:
Demonstrates strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
Strong Communication and Customer Interaction Skills:
Proficient in positive communication and engaging with customers.
Advanced Troubleshooting and Multitasking Skills:
Able to handle complex problem-solving and manage multiple tasks effectively.
