Mô tả Công việc

  • Data Analysis & Report (30%):
    Customer Voice: Review Customer Voice (CV) Report from Operations Site, check and make the preparation of reporting, advise/give proposal effectively
    Consolidate transaction by weekly, support monthly and analyze data (Current /New Project for future implementation)
  • Design POP, signage/standee, file Power Point for CSS projects (30%):
    Make POP, advertisement for promotion programs to promote AEON services
    Make file POP for training or report
  • Marketing Research (Service) (20%):
    Catch Trend about shopping in Vietnam and Asia/World
    Survey Competitors (Focus on trend of Self Service Checkout, new technology service)
    Initiate new Ideas / Suggestion in current Non - Cash / Self Service (SSC/ Kiosk)
  • Support and do tasks are delegated by CSS Manager (20%)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Studying University with major in Social Science, Business Administration, Marketing or International Course (Prefer) (Business/Non Business)
  • Good customer service mind
  • Good command in English (verbal/written)
  • Have a polite, tactful and friendly attitude
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Can use Canva, Capcut (basic to medium level) or other AI design tool
  • Other Foreigners Languages (Chinese, Korean,…)
