Marketing Research (Service) (20%): Catch Trend about shopping in Vietnam and Asia/World Survey Competitors (Focus on trend of Self Service Checkout, new technology service) Initiate new Ideas / Suggestion in current Non - Cash / Self Service (SSC/ Kiosk)
Support and do tasks are delegated by CSS Manager (20%)
