The CS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of health concierge professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in healthcare management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of health concierge professionals to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the client experience.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs, provide consultation, and guide clients in order to optimizing service.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to address client needs and concerns effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions to educate team members on best practices and industry standards.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
