Mô tả Công việc

  • Lead and manage nationwide Customer Support operations, including service partner network, technical support, call center, spare parts, showroom, and solution centers.
  • Develop and standardize customer service policies, procedures, and operational processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of service partners and outsourced vendors to ensure service quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Regional Customer Support teams to align local operations with regional strategies and standards.
  • Manage showroom and solution center operations, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Support team to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare service reports, monitor KPIs, and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Service Management, preferably within a trading or distribution company.
  • Strong knowledge of after-sales service, customer support operations, spare parts management, and service partner management.
  • Experience in process improvement, performance management, and business risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
