Responsible for driving growth and development of ecommerce channel by creating strategic plan according to 4Ps (Product, Price, Place & Promotion) to create cohesive consumer journey. Lead the onsite product merchandising & hierarchy, customer engagement & experience to optimize conversion across ecommerce channels. Also oversee product inventory management, leveraging product insight, mix of business and overall sales data to make strategic product, content & campaign decisions that generate results.
Manage & liaise cross-function division including and not limited to brand & merchandising, marketing, CRM, creative, operations & supply chain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver sales revenue as per-budget across all ecommerce channels (Mono brand sites, & Third Party Marketplaces) through traffic and CR for each channel
Work closely with and Third Party Marketplaces for for all JBP, promotions and overall brand exposure
Manage marketing budget spends for each ecommerce channel in collaboration with marketing team.
Work in conjunction with Merchandise team for product assortment for ecommerce channel both of DTC (multi-brand & brand site) and market place.
Work with brand merchandise teams for allocation by ensuring the right SKUs available with the right depth for each channel.
Develop promotional & campaign plans across ecommerce channels based on merchandise strategy and sales budget. Promotions to be approved by CCO and campaigns to be approved by CDO
Manage onsite product placement and hierarchy for conversion optimization
Identify revenue and brand opportunities on products and provide feedback to brand teams
Manage end to end reporting of ecommerce channels: Sales, SOH, sell-through, conversion rate & traffic.
Work with relevant analytics tools to identify competition analysis and develop strategy to stay ahead
Work with digital performance marketing team for result campaign, SKUs information (traffic) on each marketing channel
Collaborate with CRM team to create strategy for cross-sell both onsite and offsite.
Oversee customer centric KPIs such as time to delivery, nil picks and customer service response rates and work with operations to make sure these are being adhered to
Financial and Non-Financial Measures (KPIs)
- Overall E-commerce sales across channels
- Traffic and conversion for Digital Flagship + third party sites where MAA is driving traffic through marketing spends
- Marketing ROI/ROAS based on point #2
- Allocation and Available to Promise of merchandise across all channels

Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, sales orrelated fields
· Experience 5 years Ecommerce experience
· Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
· Ability to influence and interact with senior management
· Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
· Experience with digital marketing and online sales
