Mô tả Công việc

1. Manage & Execute all Digital Ads Activities
● Planning, executing and tracking all digital advertising activites/campaign on all digital channel , focus on lead generation campaigns
● Interact and coordinate with agency, internal ralated department execute all ads campaigns including but not limited: Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo Ads,... and other ads platforms, building and optimizing landing page for effective lead generation and conversion.
● Set up campaign, manage, and conduct experimentation to optimize some advertising campaigns on online platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Google other Ads Platform
● Monitor the daily perfomance of campaigns and optimize as needed to ensure all campaigns achive required targets and objectives;
● Conduct experimentation, analyze lead qualit to optimize conversion rates, user experience, campaign performance and revenue, ROI
● Provide directions for optimizing images, content and advertising quality based on a deep understanding of the technical regulations of each digital channel
● Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Marketing Team Leader Head of Marketing

2. Manage and Devepment all Digital Channel/ Social Media Platform
● Manage and maintain all Digital Channel /Social Media Platform include: Facebook, Tiktok, Email Marketing, Website,...
● Email Marketing: Manage monthly content calendar, conduct send email by campaign and optimize email marketing campaigns
● Study and propose solution to build up marketing automations
● Implement innovation and development all SNS channel/ SMS/ ZNS Marketing

3. Report and Market Research:
- Analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI to Marketing Lead and Head of Marketing
- Evaluate competitors' digital strategies and recommend improvements to maintain LFVN's competitive edge.
- Generate, analyze ads reports, perform of each channel on preriodically report

1 - Key Skills
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as paid ads, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
+  Search engine marketing: Be proficient in SEM/SEO/ Lead Gerneration Ads,...
+  Social media management: Good understanding of social media strategies to increase engagement with customers and identify opportunities for holding marketing campaigns on social platforms.
+ Experience with  targeting strategies, and campaign management,  ad copywriting
• Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
•  Email marketing: Experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Misa,...other CRM systems, and strong in optimizing performacen is prefered
•  Data analysis and report skills: Be efficient in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for next campaign and clearly reporting
•  Excellent communication and project management skills.

2-  Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minumum of 3 years experience of Digital Marketing with a preference for expertise in  Ads Operations/Account or Growth/Performance Marketing Executive or similar role..
• Understand the financial product: credit cards,cash loan, car loan, durable loan,...
• Candidates with experience working at Digital Agency, Banking & Finance industry..is preferred
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with "can-do" spirit
•  Proficiency in English  (Reading and Writing)
