[District 6] Project Assistant - e-commerce (English-speaking)

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• Position: Project Assistant
• Department: Operations
• Location: 477-479 An Duong Vuong Street, Binh Phu Ward (District 6), Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: 8:00 am - 5:50 pm, Mon-Fri

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main contact point for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely coordination.
• Manage and coordinate the Customer Service team to ensure timely client support and smooth daily operations.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key operational milestones.
• Maintain and update the knowledge center with relevant information, guidelines, and documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate operational reports and regular updates for project manager & clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for new project setup.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or management in e-commerce, customer service or related fields.
• Fluency in English (4 skills); experience working with expatriate stakeholders is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
