Manage the e-commerce platform.
Develop and implement eCommerce strategies, including budget planning, for local marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, TiktokShop, and others.
Product Management and Assortment Planning:
Collaborate with the Commercial Director and other departments or product teams to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions for online channels, ensuring a curated product selection.
Conduct competitor analysis to optimize pricing strategies and product offerings.
Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing and Promotions:
Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness online.
Customer Experience and Operations:
Oversee the customer journey on the e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience.
Work with operations teams to optimize order fulfillment, delivery processes, and customer service.
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and enhance the profitability performance of respective brands and areas.
Team Management and Leadership:
Provide direction and motivation to the e-commerce team (if applicable).
Delegate tasks effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
Lead and mentor a high-performing e-commerce team.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and relevant data to senior management.
Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams like marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 03 years in a management role.
Oversee all e-commerce operations, including platform management, product catalog management, marketing, and customer service.
Working closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with e-commerce retail environment in Vietnam & Asia (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tiki,...)
Understand eCommerce platforms' best practices, including SEO, PPC, and conversion optimization. Stay up-to-date with marketplaces and trends.
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills, preferably with P&L knowledge.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
