About Sonion:

Sonion is a global supplier within the Hearing Aid Industry. The Sonion Group develops, manufactures, and sells product solutions to customers who manufacture hearing instruments and other acoustic solutions. In Vietnam Sonion has both operations and R&D.

Our R&D team of around 50 engineers handles customer projects from product definition until mass production. The team consist of highly qualified engineers with mainly electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical background.

The Role:

Lead R&D projects from initiation to closure. Align plan and planning with team and stakeholders and implement the project accordingly.

At Sonion you will work in an international and innovative environment. As a project leader you will have a high degree of independence to shape the projects and drive them to success.

Key areas of responsibility

· Lead projects which are being developed and industrialized at Sonion Vietnam

· Manage project costs, project risks, product cost and resources

· Monitor and control project progress and report to management periodically

· Work closely with R&D, operations, quality and supply chain to meet the project deliverables

Reporting and other significant organizational relationships

· Reporting to PMO Manager

· Working in an international environment with colleagues in The Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Philippines and Vietnam

· Leading project teams with members from technical and commercial departments

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:
Required: University degree in engineering
Preferable: Master degree

Professional experience:

·         At least 3 years of experience as a project leader.

·         Experience working with people from other cultures / nationalities.

·         PMP certification (or similar) is an advantage.

Others skills:

·         Confidence working in MS office.

·         Able to read technical drawings.

·         Independent/critical thinking

Languages: English, Vietnamese.
