Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at MayCha located in District 3. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, generating financial reports, analyzing data, driving financial planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Job Description
1. Lead the budget: Lead the development of the annual planning in accordance with company target and strategy: which includes store opening plans, projected sales, cost of goods sold, labor costs, and marketing budgets in accordance.
a. Collaborate with relevant departments to develop key drivers and assumptions for budget preparation.
b. Produce comprehensive financial projections, monthly cash flow statements, and capex plans.
c. Work with BOD to develop Department-specific KPIs.
2. Be responsible for periodic financial analysis & performance control: analyze monthly operational results:
a. Work closely with various departments to detect potential inefficiencies to save cost and increase return on investment.
b. Propose and implement measures to enhance performance and profitability.
3. Provide strategic business support: Coordinate cross-functional efforts and conduct scenario analysis and feasibility studies for new products, network expansion, capital expenditures, and process improvements. Provide data-driven financial recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
4. Manage overall system & process: Oversee and optimize SAP B1 ERP system along with the accounting department to ensure accurate and commercially minded accounting record and reporting. Identify workflow inefficiencies and champion process simplifications to boost collaboration and efficiency company wide.
5. Lead compliance & control: Manage departmental budgets and serve as the reviewer for spending approvals and capex requests. Oversee outside of budget spending or investment.
6. Cross-functional engagement: Serve as a key financial partner to Marketing, Operations/Sales, and Supply Chain teams. Facilitate interdepartmental communication and alignment to achieve the company’s financial goals.
