Mô tả Công việc

• Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
• Ensure accurate guest billing and charges for services
• Manage room assignments to support smooth operational flow
• Lead, train, and motivate front desk team members
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Handle cash transactions, billing processes, and daily reconciliations
• Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of guest information
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff
• Enforce the policies, procedures, and service standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment
• Develop a strong understanding of the Ascott Star Rewards program and ensure timely updates and alignment following the Cluster
• Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager from time to time.
• Participate in any Front Office initiatives and projects.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office or hotel operations in 4-5 Star hotels or serviced Apartments.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office or similar customer service role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including communicating, listening, and coaching
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations
• Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
• Financial accuracy
• Attention to detail
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
