We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Not only that, we do not emerge only at sporting goods, Home Furnishing and Mobile Platform are great opportunities that we desire to enter and occupy.

You’re the leader of the product development project. Product development for furniture products
Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function …) by collaborating with QA, Design, Supply chain & suppliers.
Delivering & explaining the specifications to suppliers for sample making then make sure samples making is on time for bulk production.
Sample checking to match with Specification and sample validation for mass production.
Follow up sample sending from China to Vietnam
Send specification to Vendor to launch quotation with vendor, receive quotation, analyze and report to managers.
Responsible for bulk production kick-off!
Follow up production planning with vendors to make sure vendor product on time and ship on time
Conduct packing SIOC test based on Amazon requirement and follow-up Prop 65 chemical test in production.
Collaborating with QA to conduct production test / in-line quality control to reach quality standard

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Have around 3-7 years of working in Product Development in Global company.
Experience in management in technical and product development or product engineering drawings
Knowledge in furniture products & quality standard
Experience and deep understanding about furniture products (indoor, outdoor, etc)
Understand and know the process of product development. Good understanding of reality in manufacturing
Well-organize, ability to go into details, project management skills
Strong in communication and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet established timelines & high demanding levels.
High adaptability, able to switch quickly to new projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
