•Support Digital Enablers Manager in developing and managing e-RTM (Route To Market) strategies
•Corporate with partner – Market Execution / Sales to build, plan and implement, expansión project
•Implement and adapt of Execution Surveys, Report, Routines, e-RTM Models, e-RTM Toolkits, e-RTM Dashboard, Distribution Development and Dashboard, by working closely with Regional Market Execution Executive, and RTM Co-ordinator to assure that "RTM Execution guidelines" fullfilment, alignment and execution has been inplement as designed and improvement done
•Execute and evaluate RTM distributor infrastructure
2. Follow up on the use of enablers
•Ensure sales and distribution model in line with company strategies
•Control if tools are properly used by commercial and salespeople and reports any deviation
3. Identify industry trends and implement new RTM models
•Develop & communicate best practice
•Approach using the new e-RTM system to exploit and explore to opportunity and potentiality of the market
4. Capacity building for stakeholder
•Build RTM capabilities and process implementation
•Identify on obstacles in the e-RTM execution and work with relevant stakeholders to build internal capacity
5. Data Analysis
•Assist Data Visualization and − Analyze numerical data to identify the nature and trend of Sales Network − Build reports to monitor all parameters regarding sales operations − Visualize data in Power BI for easy controlling purpose and understanding updated situation. − Provide ad-hoc data/reports for related departments
•Compensation Analysis & Implementation − Monthly/Quarterly calculate compensation for network and relevant positions. − Analyze the compensation scheme and suggest solutions for improvement. − Model financial impact of compensation scheme for PEREX and change of compensation scheme − Provide support to network to monitor/understand their compensation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
•Bachelor degree (prefered candidates with background in Business, or Commercial Information Technology)
•More than 2 years in commercial (traditional and modern trade), Route-To-market, logistics and operations roles. More than 1 year leading projects involving Digital Enablement. Sales Experience, Digital experience in FMCG would be preferable
•Familiar with project tools ( MS Project, Dev Ops,..), process mapping tools ( Viso..), database querying ( SQL, ..) and Business Intelligent tools ( Tableau, PBI,..)Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time, project, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
•Ability to sell and convince others on eb2b solution.
•Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
•Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks
•Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying seniority levels, work styles and work schedules
