JOB BRIEF:
The Operation Specialist will be responsible for overall daily operation of all assigned stores, ensuring excellent customer services are provided and the sales target are met. This position will also be responsible to train, coach, and motivate staff to perform their duties at their best.
MAIN responsibilities:
Optimize cost spend and maximize revenue.
Implement the Global Brand store concept through the Store Operations Manual and ensure implementation in all stores. Reporting on implementation to be closely followed through applicable platforms (Instore Excellence ap - if any)
Organize sales competitions and drive retail excellence in market.
Responsibility for the working environment, complying with local labor rules and guidelines. Regularly mentor, coach, and support Store Managers towards maximum performance
Support complaint resolution and customer service when products issues are identified, escalating line manager as required.
Actively participating in all store operation meetings to take part of the decision.
Check invoices and approve their final payment in store (if any).
Responsible for comment business report in stores by weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Leads from the field where 50-70% of their time is spent.
University/ College degree
Have passion for the retail business
Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and Vietnamese
3+ years experience in Operation (experience in Retail Business is preferable). Showing extensive knowledge of retail management best practices.
Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Planner and thinker with a bias for action/execution
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to interrogate and analyze information to drive financial and business decision.
Should have the personality to stand-up to take responsibilities.
