Be responsible for P&L at the store.
Implement all operational policies and procedures to achieve the business goals.
Achieve and exceed sales goals through store operations and effectively product pitch.
Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services.
Oversee the operations and appearance of the store (opening, closing, security, cleaning, merchandising, inventory), ensuring facility maintenance and store presentation adhere to the brand standard.
Manage customer experience at the store, providing test ride and exceptional customer service to visitors/customers.
Manage customer escalation quickly and effectively.
Analyze data to improve sales and customer experience at the store.
Work with the Marketing team for marketing activities at the store.
Recruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner and consistently perform to company standards.
2+ years of experience in similar positions with proven track record to meet and exceed goals.
Can think critically and extract signals from noises quickly.
Goals driven.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills.
Superb organizing and operational skills.
Highly detail-oriented.
Able to work both individually and in a team environment.
Hi-tech, consumer goods, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
