- Formulating strategy and improving the performance of the team.

- Work with customers concerning product tech: Tech pack, marker, Patten,

- Manage all technical fields from tech pat end to bulk product to make sure:

+ Report to customers' requirements

+ Propose innovation to promote factory capacity and improve EFF

-Work with customers to understand requirements and guide the team:

+ Patten: Pattern review, checking, engineer suggestion

+ Idea innovation and automation, solve issues about tech to ensure smooth production

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Sewing Technology, or equivalent.

- Understand well based on pattern, sample, and machine technology.

- Have proven innovation

-  At least 8 years experience in garment.

- Good communication & solving skills, timeline management.

- Know garment manufacturing technicalities.
