We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor who will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits (C&B) programs for our organization. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day C&B operations and provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with the organization's overall business objectives. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an HRIS system to streamline HR processes and reduce workload.
Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
I. Compensation & Benefits (70%)
Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing including timekeeping, calculations, and benefit disbursements.
Handle various Monthly HR reports (dashboards, headcount, attrition etc...)
Implement comprehensive compensation and benefits (C&B) strategies, encompassing salary structures, bonus plans, benefit packages, and recognition programs.
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes through the HRIS system to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and evaluate HRIS performance, recommending enhancements as needed.
Manage employee contract lifecycle, including labor, probation, and contractual modifications.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations by managing social insurance contributions, reconciliations, and benefit claims for employees.
Process dependent relief registrations and manage personal income tax (PIT) declarations and finalizations for local employees.
Support outsourcing management such as training, timekeeping, and salary calculation if required.
II. Recruitment & Training (10%)
Support the recruitment team in the Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, etc. in order to timely hire the right talents for business’ or project’s requirements.
Coordinating with Training Staff in On-Boarding training schedules/programs for Almond factory.
III. Other relevant tasks: (20%)
Lead or support for internal activities such as Nuts Annual Award, ofi Yearly Education Support, Labor Conference, Communication Meet, Year-end Party, EOM, Monthly Birthday, Christmas day, Tet, Nutrition Program, ofi Care, CSR Activities..etc;
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention; Provide coaching and guidance to the new HR members especially in the C&B function, ensuring the provision of high-quality HR services;
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, or in special HR projects and initiatives as required;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to HR operations and update to Superior;
Other job tasks within the HR & Admin Department are assigned by the Superior.

Qualification, Competencies Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or advanced Degree in major of Economic, Finance, Banking, Human Resource Management, Foreign Languages (English) or equivalent.
Experience: Above 02 years of working experience in compensation & benefit (C&B) jobs is preferred.
English skills: Good Communication
Proficient with Microsoft skills excel report making
Good organizational skills and ability to be multi-tasking.
Results and people-oriented; service-minded and customer-focused.
Understand Labor, Social Insurance, PIT laws and regulations.
Working experience with HRM software is an advantage.
Working conditionals:
Work hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mons to Fris) & 08:00 - 12:00 (Sats)
Working place: B7 Tien Nga Warehouse, Tan Cang hamlet, Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province
