This job description outlines a position focused on supporting data-driven HR initiatives. The role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports, and providing insights to improve HR programs and processes. Below is a summary and breakdown of the key points:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HR systems, surveys, etc.).
Generate reports and presentations to clearly communicate HR data insights.
Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track KPIs related to various HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development).
2. Process Improvement & Project Support:
Assist HR specialists and project managers with data analysis for HR-related projects.
Suggest opportunities for streamlining HR processes based on data insights and best practices.
Support the development and implementation of new or revised HR processes.
Contribute to HR project success by gathering data and providing regular progress updates.
3. HR Program Support:
Work closely with HR specialists in areas like talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee relations to provide data-driven support.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the potential impact of proposed HR initiatives.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to inform program development.
Assist with other tasks as needed by the department head.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in an HR-related role or relevant data analysis experience.
3. Knowledge:
Experienced with HR information systems (HRIS).
Basic knowledge of employment law and regulations.
4. Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, automation tools).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate English communication.
