I. Compensation & Benefits
1,Process monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, overtime, personal income tax (PIT), and trade union fees; coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure timely payments to employees.
2,Prepare and distribute pay slips to employees.
3,Handle all matters related to Personal Income Tax, including PIT code registration, dependent registration, PIT declaration, and annual tax finalization.
4,Perform tasks related to labor cost management and reporting.
5,Calculate bonuses and commissions in accordance with company policies.
6,Facilitate the payment of other employee benefits in compliance with the Company’s policies and regulations.
II. Labor Relations
1,Maintain and regularly update the employee database to ensure accuracy and completeness of HR information.
2,Monitor employment contract terms and notify Heads of Departments (HODs) in a timely manner to support contract renewal, appraisal, or termination processes.
3,Prepare, submit for approval, and manage personnel-related documents, including but not limited to labor contracts, contract appendices, decisions, and notices.
4,Distribute signed documents to employees and ensure proper scanning, filing, and archiving of both hard copies and soft copies.
5,Provide consultation and professional advice to the Board of Directors (BOD) and HODs on labor laws, regulatory updates, and Company policies.
6,Explain labor contracts, terms and conditions, and employee benefits clearly to employees when required.
III. Organizational Development
1,Assist the HR Manager in developing labor-related policies and regulations; prepare documentation and submit to competent authorities in compliance with applicable labor laws and Group/Company SOPs.
2,Support the HR Manager in the implementation of competency frameworks and performance assessment systems.
3,Maintain and update the Company’s organizational chart in response to organizational changes.
4,Facilitate the development, review, and improvement of the Company’s Job Description (JD) system.
5,Participate in initiatives to enhance employee compliance with Company policies and to foster corporate culture development.
IV. Reporting
1,Coordinate data collection and prepare HR reports for the Group.
2,Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to competent authorities in accordance with labor law requirements.
3,Compile, analyze, and generate internal HR reports as requested by line manager or relevant parties.
V. Other Responsibilities
1,Participate in internal and external audits related to HR matters.
2,Perform other duties as assigned by the Company or line manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in a similar role; experience in manufacturing or construction companies is highly preferred.
• Good command of English, especially in communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Outlook); knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or Data Analysis is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, especially 3P salary system, competency framework, and KPI management.
• Good understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT) Law, and Trade Union regulations.
• Personal competencies : Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing a strong “can-do” attitude.
