To be responsible for developing and implementing proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions
To guide and mentor hiring managers during the selection process
To build a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates focused on acquiring key profiles from the market
To use brand awareness representing the employee value proposition externally
To generate monthly/quarterly HR metrics reports/dashboards
To manage partly HR Information System and employee data within assigned areas
To offer HR advice to line managers and employees and provide guidance to ensure compliance
Duties:
Build up recruitment plan meet the business requirement and in line with TOAV recruitment policies
Conduct human resources needs analysis within each department based on the business needs, and designs related recruiting plan
Execute effectively the recruitment process that complies with TOAV recruitment policy, i.e. screening CVs, interviewing candidates, sharing feedbacks after interviews, proposing job offer, arranging on-board welcoming, conducting orientation
Partner with hiring managers to fully understand the scope, responsibilities and requirements of the positions to be filled
Update and run HR metrics report monthly/quarterly as requested
Conducts job interviews for the opening positions including managerial level (or key jobs in the organization)
Develop proactive sourcing and build up qualified pipeline
Enhance TOAV branding: build up a clear recruitment process; look for ways to emphasize TOAV values during the recruitment process as well; provide a positive, consistent, fair and engaging journey with all the candidates
Manage partly HR Information System (HR Cloud) and employee data by P-File
Offer HR advice to line managers/employees and provide them guidance to ensure compliance
Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update

University degree, preferably major in Human Resource, Business Administration
5–7 year experience in working in similar position
Computer literate (MS Office) and presentation skills
Good command of English and data analysis
Familiar with SAP SuccessFactor a plus
Able to work under pressure and respect deadline
Able to learn, good communication skills, detail and result-oriented
Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
Able to handle private and confidential information
