Mô tả Công việc
- Developing and implementing HR strategy. (recruitment, training, and performance evaluation)
- Managing the recruitment process and onboarding proces.
- Employee lifecycle and Off boarding.
- Training and development of human resources and Performance management and performance review(employee evaluation).
- Employee Relations - Resolving human resources issues and Managing administrative and human resources activities.
- Managing compensation and benefits and supporting in-house training.
- Employee Health & Wellbeing
- Response to external agency official documents.
- Legal support, insurance management.
- Employment Law - Policy writing/guidance etc.
- HR Admin - Management of major internal(in-house) events and schedules.
- HR Admin - Managing asset inspections and office supplies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, sociology, law or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience of HR (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- At least 5years experience at HR advisor or Manager level.
- Business-level (Fluent) English and Vietnamese
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Business Acumen (Strategic thinking,Data analysis and interpretation and Knowledge of labor laws)
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR and Administration.
- HR Expertise (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation)
- Technological Skills (Microfost office, Data management, HR software)
