PERSOLKELLY's client - an FDI company located in Hanoi is looking for 01 HR Officer position to join their team with details as follow:
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in payroll processing by checking timesheet and managing leaves
Maintain the HR database and all employee records and files (update new hires, transfers, termination or resignation…) according to process and confidentiality requirements
Draft and edit labor contract, employment letter, mutual termination, warning letter, AR announcement and any other HR paperwork as to normal process/standard template as required.
Support recruitment process such as liaising with headhunter agencies, job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, on-boarding process.
Register tax code for company employees as to labor regulation.
In charge of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance and Health Insurance for company’s employee
Support the yearly events such as team-building; year-end party, in-house training courses
Monitor and control all office expenses (office rental, electric, expat’s and car rental, stationery, SIM card, taxi, pantry supplies …) and make all office payments accurately and in timely manner to ensure the smooth operation
Manage visa and TRC service for guests and employees, ensuring timely processing and delivery to meet business needs
