Responsible for evaluating & encouraging performance improvement, placing emphasis on employee relations, policies, and people management procedures. Support to AVP HR in the rapidly shifting business demands, in defining labor culture targets in order to realize the measurable business impact.
Main activities included:
Professional knowledge in terms of fully HR functions. Be in charge of overseeing, implementing, and executing the HR activities within the organization.
Orgchart development: in coordinated with BU heads/Fields and AVP HR to define and facilitate the organizational structure, succession planning within the headcount/Resource plan (Qt level/ JD/ Competency, etc.), identify the EE Profile and budget, propose changes where need;
Talent Management: deeply understand/know where your talent is, predict and define and manage talent risk/prediction. Be in charge of identifying for the promotion and propose any of the job rotations as needed. Diagnose employee momentum. Investigate further through different channels to understand the root cause and suggest the solution.
Coaching/partnering: Guide/implement/train the policy/SOPs within Company’s regulations to ensure the policies will be delivered deeply in business units. Partnering with BU heads/fields in any aspects of business demands to supply related-talent services and functions.
Driving/leading EE performance: understand the company’s and BU’s OKR/KPIs, Incentive schemes as a must. Be a part of the performance effectiveness team to drive & implement the full assessment procedure annually/ period.
