Job Purpose or Summary
This job holder will assist HRBP Manager in driving people plan and act as focal contact point between business unit and Center of Excellence team in HR (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Management, General Admin) to ensure smooth coordination and operations of people plan
Main Responsibilities
1. Business Partner Support and Relationship
2. Understand the business practices, policies, roles and responsibilities, and people to ensure the rest of HR team (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward, Talent Management) is connected and informed
3. Partner closely with business unit’s people to ensure HR goals and objectives are clear and consistent with business objectives; drive execution of established HR objectives each year with clear standards for timely and high - quality deliverables
4. Ensure effectively 2-way communication between business units at the Division / Company level and the HR Division in exchanging, consulting and supporting human resource issues.

6. Ensure smooth Employee Onboarding and Offboarding process in place and well execution to bring the best employee experience
7. Coordinate with Talent acquisition on hiring request and approval, job description, selection process and assessment.
8. Ensure people data are updated correctly and report concisely on timely manner
9. Assisting HRBP to update organization chart and ensure organization chart is updated on quarterly basis.
10. Assist in headcount planning and budget monitoring with related to organizational change
11. Coordinate with Talent Management team to follow up and organize and monitor training programs for specific team and high potential employees
12. Assist in rolling out performance management system, KPI monitoring and ensure it’s up to date
13. Work with HRBP Manager to follow up with HoD of the employee's performance assessment to develop a training plan in accordance with the personal career development roadmap according to the standard training framework.
14. Assist in executing salary increase process on time and on budget; partner to outline and quantify requests for additional funding as required in collaboration with Total Reward team
15. Organize and implement the work of disciplining and rewarding for employees.
16. Collaborate with Compliance and Legal Counsel and to address sensitive issues. Predict and identify risks related to personnel fluctuations and human factors in business activities; consulting and coordinating in the implementation of risk prevention and control measures.
17. Provide coaching and counseling to all levels of staff to ensure ER cases are handled appropriately and with attention to compliance;
18. Communicating, guiding the implementation of personnel policies, ensuring timely accurate updating of personnel information from the unit.
19. Collect feedback and suggestions from the service provider, personnel policy, as a basis for improving the efficiency and quality of the regulations, processes and instructions of the HR department.
20. Encourage behaviors and capacities consistent with organizational culture and professional and advanced human resource management methods.
21. Coordinate with Talent Management team to drive engagement calendar, create a motivating, supportive and productive work environment for all levels
22. Create and share best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
23. Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
24. Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;

Requirements
Education
Bachelor or advanced Degree
Professional major
Prefer Human Resource Management
2nd language ability
Fluency in both verbal and written English
Computer usage ability
Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
Related experiences
- 2-5 years of experiences as HR Generalist within retail or FMCG industry is a plus
