A. You are an experience HSE executive (at least 1 year)
1. What will you do:
Plan:
• Set up annual HSE plan according Buyer (customer) standards, legal requirements, international standards
• Build up action plan for Health, Safety, Environmental and Social activities/projects
• Join in HSE strategy development
Do:
• Do risk assessment and figure out risk control method
• Set up HSE & Social routine, SOP, guidance & deliver to relevant members
• Promote HSE & Social knowledge through on training course/way
• Be coordinators of all HSE & Social activities
• Be leaders in performance audit from Buyer and 3rd parties
• Analysis and report operation result of system to department head, leadership, buyer and government department
Check:
• Perform internal assessment of HSE by monthly
• Review effectiveness of HSE system by yearly
Adjust:
• Investigate incidents and find out root cause link to actions
• Figure out CAP for system loophole, non-compliance findings

2. What should you have:
• Solid knowledge about Environment law code, OHS law code
• Good communications skill
• Intermediate English level is refered
• Certified compliance professional is a plus

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·      Solid knowledge about CSR, OHS law code

·      Good communications skill

·      Intermediate English level

·      Certified compliance professional is a plus
