HSE Officer

1.   Xây dựng, triển khai và duy trì hệ thống quản lý An toàn – Sức khoẻ - Môi trường tại nhà máy.

     Develop, implement, and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system at the factory.

 2.   Thực hiện kiểm tra HSE định kỳ tại khu vực sản xuất, kho, utility, bảo trì và các khu vực liên quan.

    Conduct regular HSE inspections in production, warehouse, utility, maintenance and related areas.

 3.   Nhận diện mối nguy, đánh giá rủi ro và đề xuất biện pháp kiểm soát.

    Identify hazards, assess risks and recommend appropriate control measures.

4.   Giám sát việc tuân thủ PPE, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO và các quy trình làm việc an toàn.

    Monitor compliance with PPE, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO and safe working procedures.

 5.   Giám sát an toàn đối với nhà thầu và các công việc có nguy cơ cao.

    Monitor contractor safety and high-risk of Project activities.

 6.   Theo dõi việc quản lý hóa chất, chất thải, nước thải và các yêu cầu về môi trường.

    Monitor chemical, wastewater and environmental management requirements.

 7.   Kiểm tra thiết bị PCCC, lối thoát hiểm và hỗ trợ công tác ứng phó khẩn cấp.

     Inspect fire safety equipment and emergency exits and support emergency response activities.

8.   Báo cáo, điều tra tai nạn, sự cố và near miss; theo dõi các hành động khắc phục.

      Report and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and follow up corrective actions.

9.   Tổ chức/hỗ trợ đào tạo HSE, Safety Induction và Toolbox Talk cho nhân viên và nhà thầu.

     Conduct/support HSE training, Safety Induction and Toolbox Talks for employees and contractors.

 10.  Kiểm soát việc tuân thủ các quy định và quy tắc an toàn trong quá trình làm việc.

      Controlling compliance regulations and safety rules when working.

 11.  Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy đình pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn HSE; chuẩn bị hồ sơ và làm việc với cơ quan chức năng.

      Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards; prepare required documentation and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities.

·       Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành An toàn lao động, Môi trường hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.

College/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environment or a related field.

 ·       Có từ 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm HSE trong môi trường sản xuất; ưu tiên ngành thực phẩm, đồ uống hoặc cà phê.

2–3 years of HSE experience in manufacturing; food, beverage or coffee industry experience is preferred.

 ·       Hiểu biết về Luật An toàn vệ sinh lao động, bảo vệ môi trường .

Knowledge of occupational safety and health laws, environmental protection regulations.

 ·       Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đào tạo, xử lý vấn đề và lập báo cáo tốt.

Good communication, training, problem-solving and reporting skills.

 ·       Thành thạo tiếng Anh, cả kỹ năng nói và viết.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
