• Inspect the production process, monitor and detect all unsafe or regulatory violations.
• Inspect equipment and production processes to ensure safety.
• Share information, suggestions and observations with management to create consistency in safety standards across production and the company.
• Investigate the cause of accidents and other unsafe conditions in the work area.
• Make reports related to fire prevention and fighting activities.
• Monitor and update contractor management documents.
• Conduct a Safety - Health - Environmental risk assessment to detect potential hazards and remediate plans.
• Responsible of HSE training program to compliance the local requirements and plant’s requirement; Cooperate to do investigate incidents and follow up with Line Managers to complete corrective action, preventive action and communicate lesson learn;
• Guide the standards, regulations, safe operation measures related to occupational safety and health for employees, and provide training on Safety - Health - Environment input and periodically for workers. members, contractors, guests.
• Manage the work of personal protective equipment.

• Graduated in Environment/Work Safety/Labor Protection or related majors.
• At least 3 years Working experience in manufacturing companies.

• Can use MS Office well such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
