We are seeking an experienced and versatile Human Resources Executive to join our team. This role will involve managing various aspects of Human resources, including Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Employee relations, Performance management, Training and Development, and Employee relations
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and related Law/ Regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
C&B
Perform all tasks related to timesheet, salary and working hours management, guide and support departments and be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of timesheets/payrolls
Perform insurance tasks (including compulsory insurance and additional insurance) for employees at the site.
Follow up the Probationary Contract, Labor Contract to ensure the correct process
Recruitment and On-boarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure a smooth on-boarding process
Training & Education
Work with team to build the training plan. Manage the training schedule (internal and external). In charge of organizing training for external and internal courses according to the plan, coordinating with departments to implement a full and quality training process, according to WI on Training.
Play the role of coordinator in Training and Education Pillar (E&T Pillar) to implement E&T activities at factory
Performance & Talent Management:
Support Line Manager in implementing Talent management program for the site.
Support Line Manager in delivery of key HR processes, such as Succession planning or Performance review.
Support Line Manager in implementing Human development activities in accordance with the Company's regulations, including leadership development
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on company HR policies and procedures
Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
Coordinate and conduct internal and external audit related to the Human Resources department.
Implement and monitor the implementation of the Company's policies, regulations and welfare regimes
Play an active role in organizing employees events, designing internal communication, creating welfare activities…
Outsourced labor service
Manage outsourced labor services with compliance requirements, good quality and cost control
Manage Canteen service, coordinate with related groups to ensure the best service quality, according to the instructions at the canteen management SOP
Coordinate with related parties to organize annual health check for employees according to regulations
Other duties as assigned by Line Manager
Working Hours: Office hours from Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
- Good English proficiency
- Good knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience working in factory is an advantage.
