IGC School Tay Ninh is seeking for Head of International Program - Expatriate applicants!

01 Oversee all International Curriculum staff, assigning duties in line with their roles and employment terms.

02 Develop, organize, and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with students' needs, interests, and developmental stages, considering available resources.

03 Ensuring regular monitoring and evaluation of school performance, maintaining records of self-assessment, improvement areas, and progress.

04 Provide parents/guardians with consistent updates on curriculum, student progress, and other school-related matters to foster a shared understanding of school goals.

05 Maintain effective systems for planning, assessment, recording, and reporting, using data to monitor student achievement and progress.

06 Contribute to teaching as needed, including covering for absent teachers.

07 Advise and report to the School Management Team on responsibilities, as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

01 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

02 Minimum of 3 years's experience in a similar role

03 Strong leadership skills in managing English language teaching and learning, as well as overseeing the International Program curriculum across all grade levels

04 ICT proficiency
