- Act as a point of contact between customers/partners and companies.
- Gather market and competitors information for assisting sales manager in business planning.
- Approach potential customers/partners from difference sources: trade counselors, trade show, websites, social media, old customers referral, personal connection, etc.
- Follow up meeting, quotation, samples sending to potential customers/partners.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve their objections to get them to make a purchase
- Work with internal functions for preparing paperwork: requisition, MOU. DA, sales contract, payment request.
- Coordinate with marketing functions to suggest, deploy the marketing activities and monitor the business performance of customers/partners.
- Liaison with internal functions for delivering after-sales services to customers/partners.
- Do monthly, quarterly & yearly report on business performance by territory, channel, product & customers.
- Other tasks assigned by line managers/directors/employers.
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant majors.
- At least 2-year experience as International Sales Executive.
- Having worked in FMCG or F&B is an advantage.
- Understanding of international trade.
- Strong planning, time management, presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills.
- Good logical & critical thinking, creativity.
- Ability to be self-directed and work independently/in teams (teamwork).
- Able to work under high pressure environment.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
- Self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work well with cross functions.
- Pay attention to detail and result-oriented.
- Open-minded, proactive, enthusiastic & positive-thinking.
- Coffee understanding is a plus.
- Strong in English communication.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email).
- International travel is required.
