Mô tả Công việc

  • Identify and connect with potential clients across Vietnam and other ASEAN countries through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook, and leveraging networks built from previous roles or events like exhibitions and seminars.
  • Manage and execute business-related tasks such as product introduction, order processing, and client support.
  • Conduct cold calling, emailing, and messaging via Zalo, WhatsApp, or Viber to introduce products and services to potential clients.
  • Address client and partner inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and partners.
  • Provide leadership with valuable market feedback regarding services, products, and competitive positioning.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, previous experience in trade, export-import, or related industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
  • A strong passion for sales, business development, trade, import/export, or customer engagement.
  • Ability to conduct effective cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and close deals.
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products, import/export, or logistics is an advantage (not required).
