Mô tả Công việc
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of IT systems to meet organizational needs.
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle, including hardware and software.
2. Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor the performance of team members.
- Provide technical guidance and professional development opportunities.
3. Incident and Problem Management
- Monitor IT systems for performance issues or failures and coordinate rapid incident resolution.
- Implement root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term fixes.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents and resolutions.
4. System Monitoring and Maintenance
- Ensure proactive monitoring and regular maintenance of IT systems to prevent downtime.
- Oversee backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect business continuity.
- Conduct regular updates and patches to maintain system security and compliance.
5. IT Service Management
- Implement and manage ITIL or similar service frameworks for efficient IT service delivery.
- Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address IT service requirements.
6. Security and Compliance
- Enforce cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and external audits.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
7. Vendor and Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee service quality.
- Monitor and manage the IT operations budget, optimizing costs without compromising service quality.
8. Strategic Planning and Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning to align IT operations with organizational goals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve IT infrastructure and processes.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting and vendor management.
