This is a technical position responsible for the Site Infrastructure Support. Both computer and over the phone work with USA facilities (During USA normal office hours, 8pm to 5am in Vietnam). Primarily focused on PC technical support through Service Desk methods (electronic requested tickets and phone calls) and assisting with basic network and department tasks
Report to IT Sites Infrastructure Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Under the general supervision is responsible for the following tasks - locally, as well as remotely:
Provides PC and basic Network connectivity technical support and repair as needed.
Understanding and use of a ticket system (Summits own ServiceNow help system)
Remote access of PCs to assist users
Provides software and account technical support and repair as needed.
Assists in corporate hardware and software inventory (SCCM)
Assists in the recordkeeping of software licenses and an accurate media inventory
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
A minimum of three year experience at a medium/large corporation with a working knowledge of Windows 10, TEAMS, Active Directory, PC imaging/troubleshooting, Service Desk ticketing system, and basic networking.
Skill and Abilities:
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices
Above average English communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate directly with end-users
Experience with all Microsoft applications (Office 365).
Good problem solving / troubleshooting skills
A minimum score of 20 on the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test (If required)

During USA normal office hours, 8pm to 5am in Vietnam
