1) Supporting Performance Marketing Campaigns: Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
• Assist in A/B testing to improve the performance of creative assets and targeting strategies.
• Regularly generate performance reports to track progress and make recommendations for optimization.
• Support budget management, ensuring bids are in line with campaign objectives.
• Track and report competitor marketing activities.
2) Collaboration with AGI & Digital consultant agency for Learning and Best Practices: Learn and apply best practices from Digital consultant agency & AGI in campaign execution. Maintain effective communication to align strategies
• Implement learnings and best practices from agency into daily campaign management.
• Support in executing campaigns that follow agency's strategic recommendations for optimal performance.

• Report back to the internal team on key takeaways from agency collaboration sessions.
3) Managing Website Content Updates and Accuracy: Update and maintain website content, ensuring products, promotions, and other information are accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure all website banners, product pages, and links function correctly and reflect current marketing initiatives. .
• Work closely with the E-Commerce teams to resolve any technical issues and maintain website uptime.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Merchandise team to ensure all website visuals align with seasonal campaigns.
• Regularly audit the website for errors or inconsistencies and provide timely solutions.
4) Executing and Managing Email Marketing Campaigns: Build, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns. Optimize performance and engagement.
• Ensure that email marketing content aligns with ongoing campaigns and promotions, including product launches and seasonal events.
• Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights for improvement. .
• Segment customer lists based on behavior and preferences to improve targeting and relevance of emails.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
