1. Business Development & Brand Acquisition (Hunting)
- Actively search, evaluate, and select potential Brands and Sellers in the market that align with the company's ecosystem and strengths.
- Directly lead commercial negotiations regarding key terms (including commission rates, advertising budgets, product samples, and exclusivity mechanics) to successfully convince Brands to sign partnership agreements.
2. Account Management & Strategic Partnerships (Keeping & Growing)
- Serve as the primary point of contact to maintain, nurture, and elevate strategic collaboration with existing brands across both TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Co-build comprehensive Joint Business Plans (JBP) with strategic Brands, securing GMV commitments to ensure high contract renewal rates and successful upselling/cross-selling of agency services.
3. Project Execution & Data Optimization
- Take full ownership of the administrative workflow, including contract execution, legal paperwork, and tracking payment/billing progress between all related stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Live Ops, KOL Management) to execute campaigns and ensure brand revenue targets are achieved.
- Closely monitor sales performance, analyze live platform data and e-commerce metrics to provide timely adjustments on product strategies for both the brand and internal teams.
