► Position summary:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for expanding the company's business through the acquisition
of new customers and the growth of existing ones. The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening the company's relationships with key customers.
► Duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Analysis: Gather information about the customer's current situation, such as origin and destination, incumbent forwarder, cargo volume, commodity type, rate level, lead time, and special conditions to provide tailored solutions.
- Customer Maintenance: Regularly visit existing customers to ensure satisfaction with services, prevent poaching by competitors, and stay updated on changes in customer's situations.
- Solution Development: Based on customer analysis, develop and present customized solutions that offer competitive rates, improved service quality and lead time, and highlight the company's strengths.
- Marketing: Stay informed about the latest trade trends by talking with carriers, acquiring market rate information, and visiting customers to understand their future plans.
- Sales Lead: Provide guidance to Key Account staff on handling sales leads efficiently.
- RFQ Strategy: Advise Key Account staff on offering RFQ effectively.
- Service Contract Verification: Verify service contracts to ensure they meet the company's
standards.
- Outstanding Payment: In the event of late payment by customers, support the Key Account staff
in finding and implementing solutions for successful collection.
- Report to direct superiors as requested.
► Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, with a focus on International Business,
Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Sales preferred.
- A minimum of 05 years of experience in the forwarding and logistics industry, with a minimum of
03 years in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the forwarding and logistics industry, expertise in all aspects of operational procedures.
► Required skills and abilities:
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Advanced English proficiency. Another language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
- Remarkable interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Outstanding leadership and people management abilities.
- Efficient problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations.
- Proactive and self-driven approach.
► Working condition & Benefits:
- Working Place: KWE HAN Office, 8th floor TTC buidling, 19 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
- Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
