Olam Food Ingredients (ofi) is a global leader offering naturally good food & beverage ingredients and solutions. ofi commenced operations in Vietnam in 1997, setting up its representative office. Since then, we have established an extensive presence across different parts of Vietnam, including our head office in Ho Chi Minh City and regional offices in Binh Dinh, Long An, Dong Nai, Phu Yen, Lamdong and Gia Lai Provinces.

ofi Vietnam is currently the largest exporter of Cashews, Pepper & Instant Coffee in Vietnam, investing in the state-of-the-art instant coffee facility and running 7 large factories with 7,500 employees across Central & South Vietnam. Our operations have an interface with a farmer network of 2 million farmers. We are also amongst the largest exporter of Green Coffee in Vietnam.

We have established sustainability programmers for black pepper, coffee & cashew. We are excited about our future prospects in Vietnam as the country has huge potential in agriculture.

Overview of the position

The Key Account Manager will execute & manage sales and sales strategy to our Business Unit Manager. Successful candidates will sustain and nurture key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop customer portfolio of Business Unit for our products, including frequent customer visits and calls
  • Report & sales update/ review on weekly/ monthly basic
  • Planning, co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery to customer
  • Develop new customers for Business Unit segmentation
  • Achieve sales target given by line manager
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders to promote ofi product/ campaign to the customers
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings and industry events as necessary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 2 years equivalent work experience
  • Good English skills
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and other business systems
  • B2B Food Ingredient Sales/ Business Development/ Account Management
  • Good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • Teamwork / aggressive / communication/ Self-driven/ proactive
  • Working Location: TTC Building, 6th floor, 8/2, Tran Quoc Tuan Street, Ward 4, Ben Tre
