Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development strategies and programs
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to make sure that people development plans are aligned with company strategies and vision
2. People & Organization Development:
Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define learning & development needs, assess functional competency gaps, create and manage training plans and budgets.
Deliver and manage training programs and individual development plans for employees
Deliver training courses and initiatives (soft skills, induction training, leadership development, etc.)
Engage stakeholders in promoting and utilizing E-Learning systems
Take part in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.)
3. Culture building:
Design and implement initiatives, events, and programs to promote Heineken culture and behaviors
Analyze annual employee survey results, help stakeholders develop solutions, and take actions for improvement
Foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology, Technology or Science, etc,
Experiences/skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Learning Design, or related fields
Critical and analytical thinking skills
Customer-oriented and Data-driven mindset
Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
Advanced Excel and data analytical skills
Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
Experience in project management and budgeting
Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
