Purpose of the job

This job contributes to Starbucks success by supporting the L&D team in executing training programs and initiatives that enhance partner capability and engagement

This role will assist in the preparation, coordination, and tracking of training activities to ensure smooth and effective learning experiences for Starbucks partners

Responsibilities:

This role’s responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Training Material Preparation: Assist in printing, formatting, translating, and shipping training materials as needed.

• Training Workshop & Activities Support: Help prepare logistics for training sessions, including tea breaks, food arrangements, stationery, coffee, and room setup.

• Training Calendar Management: Update and maintain the monthly training calendar for facilitators, learners, and operations leaders.

• Knowledge Test Follow-up: Track and follow up on knowledge test completion for Core Training programs.

• Inventory Management: Order, check, and organize training materials to ensure availability and proper storage.

• Data Entry & Training Records: Accurately input training history data into the system and ensure records are up to date.

• Training Communication & Design: Assist in designing posters and communication materials for training events and workshops.

• Training Evaluation & Reporting: Track training and workshop evaluation data, consolidate feedback, and generate reports for analysis

Job Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related fields.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Strong organizational and planning skills.

o Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and record-keeping abilities.

o Good communication and presentation skills.

o AI & Digital Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for text generation, translation, ability to use AI-driven design tools for creating training materials and posters.

o Design & Content Creation: Basic skills in designing posters, slides, and training communication materials using tools like Canva, PowerPoint

o Language: Proficiency in English (reading & writing).

o Others: Passion for learning and development, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
