AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. In the near future, we plan to open more new shopping malls in Vietnam. To serve this goal, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Executive.
- Work location: HCM Head Office - 15F LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao, D1, HCMC - Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - Report to: Senior Executive
Implement leasing smoothly as per team leader’s allocation and well-update knowledge about the retail market through survey and analysis to ensure sub-team can fulfill leasing work as target (20%);
Proactively explore new tenant’s interests to increase the database and select suitable ones to ensure the best tenancy mix and profitability for the shopping mall (20%);
Execute and manage staff for successful negotiation as scheduled to both achieve the best profit for the company and establish relationships with tenants (15%);
Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/procedures/reports (10%);
Train and follow up closely with staff to catch up on workload smoothly and work effectively (10%);
Analyze the performance of current malls, survey competitors, and update retail market trends to propose improvement plans for current malls and new ideas for future mall development (10%);
Support timely for required tasks of related sections (planning, admin) and execute properly general work of leasing team to ensure the smooth operation of the whole department (10%);
Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree;
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
3-5 years of working experience in relevant fields such as Leasing, Real Estate, Retail, or Sales/Business Development are required;
Have good negotiation and persuading skills and experience;
Be honest, careful, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the working environment;
Have teamwork and effective task management skills.
