Mô tả Công việc
- Booking sales in SAP ( create sale contract, sales, outbound, billing)
- Checking Debit note for logistics cost (forwarding cost for import and export) monthly
- Collecting logistics documents to submit to accounting and keeping customs documents internally
- Preparing samples and arranging to send out samples, documents
- Following and import some samples from oversea vendor
- Checking Daily report and create loading instruction to team
- Some unnamed tasks (checking export stock in SAP,…)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated at least from College & above.
- Experience with minimum 1-2 years
- Knowledge about food product manufacturing field
- Good communication both spoken and written
- Computer: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- English: intermediate communication
