Maintenance Engineer (Working at Song Than 3 IP, Binh Duong)

1. Equipment Reliability & Troubleshooting (45%)

·        Ensure equipment reliability, availability, and performance.

·        Lead troubleshooting, failure analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

·        Drive continuous improvement to prevent recurring failures and improve equipment lifecycle performance.

2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (25%)

·        Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.

·        Implement predictive maintenance techniques including:

o   Condition Monitoring

o   Vibration Analysis

o   Thermal Inspection

o   Trend Analysis

·        Ensure PM compliance and effectiveness.

3. Equipment Improvement & Projects (10%)

·        Lead machine modification and improvement projects.

·        Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.

·        Participate in FAT, SAT, and equipment acceptance processes.

·        Evaluate new technologies to improve reliability and efficiency.

4. Spare Parts & Asset Management (10%)

·        Manage critical spare parts inventory.

·        Establish spare parts strategy based on risk assessment.

·        Optimize maintenance costs while ensuring machine uptime.

·        Maintain equipment documentation and maintenance records.

5. Maintenance Excellence & TPM (5%)

·        Support TPM implementation activities.

·        Drive Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance initiatives.

·        Promote continuous improvement culture within maintenance operations.

6. Safety & Compliance (5%)

·        Ensure compliance with:

o   LOTO requirements

o   Electrical safety standards

o   Machine safety regulations

o   Environmental regulations

·        Participate in risk assessments and safety audits.

Education

·        Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering or related fields.

Experience

·        3+ years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
