Manufacturing Engineer (Working at Song Than 3 IP, Binh Duong)

Production Support & Troubleshooting

Provide timely troubleshooting support to production lines to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Analyze root causes of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to resolve technical problems.

Continuous Improvement

Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).

Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.

Monitor and track improvement actions to ensure sustainable results.

Process Optimization

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for better performance, quality, and efficiency.

Establish and update work instructions, process standards, and technical documentation.

Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities when required.

Problem Solving

Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (5-Why, 8D).

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and propose improvements.

Ensure permanent solutions are implemented for recurring issues.

Talent Pipeline Development

Develop technical capabilities to prepare for future Manufacturing Engineer vacancies.

Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields)

·        College diploma with equivalent relevant experience.

·        Bachelor’s degree: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing environment

·        College diploma: 4–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems

·        Knowledge of Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement tools is preferred

·        Good communication and teamwork skills

·        Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

·        Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
