- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns/ strategy in line with company objectives.
- Managing the customer database through Hubspot platform and building marketing actions.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Managing the marketing budget.
- Contact with supplier to deal marketing budget and follow the claim
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Producing marketing and promotional materials
- Working closely with design and assisting with new product launches.
- Producing internal communications.
- Conducting customer survey.
- Building relationships with media.
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to improve website performance, increase customer traffic and boost sales, both B2B and B2C (Classic Deli)
- Work with developers for website technical
- Work with the marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance
- Analyze various data to have targeted strategies in order to get good performance and achieve KPIs
- Managing digital marketing channels across SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and social media
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Report on performance
- Assign tasks to individual members of the marketing team, and ensure campaigns are completed within schedule
- Work in line with Group Marketing Manager to follow some guidelines or requirements from group
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Skills to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with advertising and other types of managers
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- Proficiency in English
