Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
· Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the operations and coordination of Media activities.
· Complete payment document, track data on system & paper, and submit the document to Finance.
· Work with the Legal & Finance team and external partners to process contracts and agreements.
· Internal related tasks: order stationery, check timesheet, submit travel documents & organize team bonding activities.
· Carry out other related tasks as required.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
· Bachelor or higher Degree in Business
· At least 1 - 2 years of working as a sales admin of a corporation
· Ability to communicate well, good presentation, fluent in English
· Good Microsoft Office (good Excel is required)
· Being knowledgeable about accounting is a plus
· Ability to present, express, persuade
· Honest, trustworthy, meticulous, careful.
· Excellent soft skills, capable of interacting with different types of internal customers.
· Calm, high-spirited, and highly service-oriented.
