Mô tả Công việc

JOB SUMMARY

This technician will perform testing, measuring geometrical dimension of FAI sample, support for equipment installation and release, equipment monitoring and control; And take charge for troubleshooting for measuring equipment in Metrology Lab. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

- Perform testing and measuring for FAI sample.
- Control and monitoring all measuring equipment in metrology Lab.
- Measuring sample to release new equipment (MSA).
- Support for calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
- Sample preparation for microstructure analysis, physical properties testing.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

- Qualified education from mechanism, electronic, automation, industries, and material science.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years work experience in Lab as same position

Knowledge

- Familiar using measurement equipment (CMM, VMM, Gage, caliper, HRC, HV, UTM, color reader…).
- Ability to read 2D drawing, technical datasheet, testing requirement, etc.
- Basic in statistical techniques including inspection techniques (7 QC tool, SPC).
- Basic English communication, written.
- Good attitude, agile, willing to learn, and early warning to prevent problem.
- Teamwork, pro-active, and good mindset in safety.
