- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces of company;
- Contact and manage real estate agencies;
- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants both approached directly and through agencies;
- Cooperate with other internal departments such as Building Management, Construction Management, and Accounting department;
- Instruct junior colleagues and designate tasks for them to do;
- Plan marketing activities and discuss with superior;
- Doing yearly budget for Leasing revenue and Leasing & Marketing expenses;
- Update information about the property market and proposed competitive leasing strategy from time to time;
- Work with legal consulant company to update all the leasing templates of the building which is in line with the prevailing laws and regulations;
- Update the Tenancy Schedule monthly (when the building come into operation) to check the actual monthly occupancy and rental revenue;
- Follow up with tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support Accounting department in collecting rental payment (if necessary);
- Follow up with tenants and accounting for annual rental review and lease renewal;
- Bachelor degree
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Having at least 8 years in real estate leasing and 5 years in the same position
