Mô tả Công việc

1. Handling the import & export orders and follow up on order delivery status

2. Booking ship and prepare documents according to L/C request and client's request

3. Create Booking list, invoice, draft B/O & CO

4. Liquidation of declaration

5. To follow up the customer's credit and payment status. Transmit credit problem to sales staff in time.

6. Provide sales staff or customers with information such as delayed orders, partial delivery and so on

7. To monitor the sample's application and delivery

8. To handle customers' complaint and improve the customer's satisfaction

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.      Experience: 3-5 years in logistics or shipping (have experience in garment or manufacturing industry is a plus).

2.      Excellent computer skills – ERP, MS Office & Outlook

3.      Strong communication skills (English is a must, Mandarin is preferred)

4.      Time management, organization skills & attention to details
