1. Control and handle whole local customs and logistics activities for import:

• Identify and obtain the permits, licenses, and certificates… required for customs clearance.
• Master data: accept and check instructions, information, and document to determine and assign: Vietnamese names, HS codes, import duties, and customs valuation for customs declaration, tax refund.
• Follow up and monitor SOP, KPI, and SLA.
• Manage transport vendor for pick up & deliver import & export shipments.
• Negotiation with local authorities, LSP... for fastest clearance and trouble case.
• Provide all the information required by the customs officer: Act as an intermediary between the company and the customs authorities; especially in the event of a physical cargo check.
• Store all documents for post-customs audit.

2. Handle additional export activities for export requirements

• Prepare all activities for export: vessel booking, PO, invoice & packing list, BL, CA, CQ, CO form D, fumigation, other certificates… to comply with oversea import regulations.
• Make Customs liquidation for raw material tax exemption or tax return.
• Perform all activities to facilitate timely and cost-effective movement of export shipments.

3. Compliance and Risk assessment:

• Live in the company values and comply with the code of conduct, guidelines, policies, and ISO.
• Ensure the clearance process meets all legal and status requirements.

4. Other tasks relating to distribution will be discussed during the interview

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain, Economic or closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Import & Export.
• Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
• Be truthful and have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving and ability skills to find creative solutions.
• Excellent in handling multi-tasks, good ability to work under high pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; tact, patience, diplomacy, confidentiality, and integrity.
• The ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Fluent English communication skills. Korean, Chinese is an advantage
