Mô tả Công việc

  • Develop production plans and work schedules.
  • Monitor and track the progress of plans, and report results periodically.
  • Analyze data and suggest optimal solutions to improve work processes.
  • Support other departments in implementing plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Build and maintain planning reports and forecast production needs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least college degree-minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Proficient in computers, ERP, databases, preferably with experience in using MACOLA.
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems, negotiate.
  • Good communication.
  • Good English is an advantage.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Honest and careful
